How to Order Order Policies 1. In many cases, we have limited quantities of an item in stock, especially for autograph and other insert cards. We try to update the listings often, but due to the high turnover, some items in the catalog could already be sold. Therefore, it is best to contact us to check availability before sending payment. You can do this by sending an email or giving us a telephone call. 2. Payment may be by personal check, money order, Paypal or MasterCard/Visa. - Paypal is our preferred method of payment. For this, use my email address of dpawley905@aol.com - Personal checks and money orders can be mailed to me at: Don Pawley 330 Westminter Dr. Noblesville, IN 46060 USA Orders paid by personal checks from new customers will normally need to clear our bank before shipment is made. - Credit card payments may be made by giving me a call with your credit card information. My phone number is 317-773-3063. Calls in the evening and weekend are best. 3. Minimum order is $10 including shipping. 4. All orders are plus a shipping charge. Shipping charges will need to be quoted based upon the types of items ordered and the shipping destination. Email me to get your exact shipping costs. Shipping will normally be by US Mail and will be by either 1st Class or Priority Mail depending upon the items shipped. Autograph or special insert cards will be shipped in a padded envelope for protection. The rates quoted will be without insurance, unless you request otherwise. If you do not add insurance, we cannot be responsible for lost items or items damaged in transit.
