Order Policies 1. In many cases, we have only one copy of the games in our catalogs, especially for the out of print games. We try to update the listings often, but due to the high turnover, some games in the catalog could already be sold. Therefore, it is best to contact us to check availability before sending payment. You can do this by sending an email or giving us a telephone call. However, items in the On-Line Store may be ordered through the shopping cart without checking with us. 2. Payment may be by personal check, money order, PayPal or MasterCard/Visa. Personal check orders from new customers will normally need to clear our bank before shipment is made. Credit card payments may be made either by phone or through the On-Line Store with its secure server. The procedures for this are outlined on the welcome page of the On-Line Store. 3. All orders are plus a shipping charge. Shipping charge for orders within the lower-48 United States will normally be between $5.00 and $8.00. However, small orders such as for a magazine game or one small game could be quoted for less. Also unusually large or heavy games could be quoted extra shipping charges. Orders from Alaska/Hawaii and international orders will need to have exact shipping quoted. 4. Depending upon the size of the package, we will either ship using UPS or US Postal Service. If you have a preference, let us know at the time that you place your order so that we can quote the appropriate shipping charges. Also in the case of the US Postal Service, please let us know if you wish to pay for any special services, such as insurance, certified mail, etc. If you do not specify otherwise, the rate that we quote will normally be US Priority Mail without insurance. If you do not add insurance, we cannot be responsible for shipments lost or damaged in the US Mail. |
